This term Team 2 are going to be learning about SPACE! We are going to focus on how the sun and the moon affect the earth.

Welcome to Term 4!

This term started off with a bang... literally! Our school topic for this term is called "Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes" and it is a science topic about changing matter. In our immersion assembly Mr J and Mrs Garden tried to blow something up!

Welcome Back!

Welcome back for Term 3! I hope you all stayed warm over these winter holidays!

This term we are doing a topic on Trade and Enterprise. Team 2 are going to learn about producing ice cream - yum! We will do some market research and find out about our favourite flavours of ice cream, then we will trial making ice cream in a variety of flavours. We will look at the packaging of ice cream and how we can sell it. Then we are going to make some to sell at a gala day.

Back to school

I am looking forward to seeing my lovely Room 27 kids tomorrow and their amazing whanau!

I hope you have all had a good break. Jono and I went camping up north. The best part was going to Waitangi.

We have an exciting item prepared for assembly tomorrow morning... here's a hint, though I can't give too much away!
